January 15

These pictures may not seem exciting, but some major stuff has been happening lately: All new plumbing, all new electric and all new heating/cooling is VERY exciting for us! (Especially after dealing with all the various plumbing, heating/cooling and electrical problems in the old house over the last 5 years).

Also, since these trades are in the house now, it means we are getting closer and closer every day to having actual walls and floors!

Plumbing, Heating/Cooling, Electric

No new exciting pictures to post...the last couple weeks have been full of meetings and walk throughs with the plumbers, the hvac guys, and electricians trying to figure out where to put everything.  They are working through the cold temps the best they can - to finish the rough and get us ready for walls and floors.

January 4 - Happy Birthday David....Siding/Trim is all Done

Siding done. Just keep in mind that it will not be painted until spring...so it looks a little odd now.

January 1 - Happy New Year!

We haven't shown what is happening on the inside...so here is a look.
This is the front hallway, coming in from the front door.

To the right was where the living room used to be.  Future use is an office.

(Behind the kitchen wall is the office.  You can see the little piece of what is left of the old house...the paneled wall with the fireplace.)
